Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was helpful, which made for a great stay. However, we encountered a minor inconvenience with the lack of running hot water initially, leading us to move rooms right after unpacking. Additionally, our room had a single window that was quite close to the neighboring wing of the hotel.
The hotel had cute but very small and a little noisy rooms with walk-in showers. It was nice to have, but very small and crowded. The service was quite pleasant, although there was a lack of communication leading to unexpected visits to our room. The location had some mixed experiences, with unexpected block-offs for private events but ready assistance when needed. The dining was good in the restaurant, but it was extraordinarily expensive. The facilities were adequate.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, right near Union Square and downtown theaters, but the rooms had a leak in the ceiling and took a full day to cool down with AC. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond, yet the dining experience at Tratto during happy hour was not the best.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a little on the small side for my liking, but they had a modern chic look with vibrant colors that I appreciated. The service, while friendly and incredibly helpful from Brittni and Jay, seemed a bit understaffed at times. The central location in Union Square was ideal for exploring the city, but safety at night was a concern. The dining options were traditional but not very diverse. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers great size rooms with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities like a reusable water bottle for fresh water. The staff is excellent, making the stay lovely, quiet, and comfortable. However, the issue with blocking areas off unnecessarily can be a downside.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was great, placing me close to many attractions, the room was smaller than expected for two people over a three-day stay. Despite some issues with size, the room was well-equipped with essentials like a safe, iron, ironing board, and TV. The service was a hit or miss, with some staff being clueless while others were helpful. The dining options were decent, though not exceptional. However, the facilities were well-maintained, adding to my overall comfort during the stay.
The hotel is nestled right in the heart of everything you'd want to explore in San Francisco. The rooms, while looking a bit tired decor-wise, are spacious, quiet, and nicely decorated, with a decent sized safe for convenience. The service was exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff always ready to assist within minutes. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to reach key attractions, although it's slightly shadowed and away from Union Square. The dining experience was mixed, with Italian coffee being a highlight but the lack of included breakfast options a downside. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a very central location.
When I walked into my room, I was greeted by lousy plumbing that was noisy, but the huge fireplace and jacuzzi were a nice touch. The service was extremely professional and helpful; they even went above and beyond to fix things. The location bordered on areas with a high number of homeless people, which was a downside, but being close to Union Square was convenient. The dining experience was not included in the price and the breakfast was kind of ridiculous, but the fresh sushi nearby was a nice touch. Overall, the facilities were good, providing a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, but the room had its issues like being next to a noisy elevator and having cleanliness problems. The service was decent, but it seemed like there were management issues. Overall, a mediocre stay with some ups and downs.
